Salted Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Well, you all know how I loathe baking.  And you know what I do for friends that bake for me...two words: Bacon Fest.

So anyone want to make these delectable cookies* for me?  We can work out some sort of exchange, right?

I might bake them, but you probably won't get any. :-)

I love the baking of cookies - thanks for the last 2 recipes, I'll definitely give them a try.

You might get lucky. I haven't baked anything in a while and was starting to get antsy.

Anali, you're such a tease.

Ellen, we might BOTH get lucky. I'm already thinking of a Things-in-Puff-Pastry theme: Puff Pastry Pinwheels to start...Beef Wellington with Gorgonzola as a main...Ina's apple tart for dessert...

Just an idea... You deliver the cookies - I'll deliver the feast!

Beef Wellington is my family's traditional Christmas dish. Steve and I made individual ones for Christmas this year.

I made them yesterday!

Mine turned out much darker than in the photo, and WOW extremely chocolatey. That + tart cranberry + salt = divine. My taste tester was also enthusiastic, although in the interest of full disclosure, I should admit that she's pregnant with twins and would also be enthusiastic about eating an apartment building.

Sorry I live in Florida ;)
